From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff's warm welcome and exceptional service made me feel right at home. the attention to detail, such as providing a complimentary bottle of water at night and ironing facilities in the room, truly set this establishment apart. The air conditioning was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay even during the hot summer days. the room's well-designed sitting area and dressing area added a touch of luxury, allowing me to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the vibrant city of Jammu. the in-room safe provided added peace of mind for storing valuables securely. the hotel's commitment to guest comfort was evident in the electric blankets provided, ensuring a cozy night's sleep. the modern amenities such as the flat-screen TV with a variety of channels and free toiletries in the immaculate washroom added to the overall exceptional experience. the convenient location near various renowned restaurants within walking distance, like the Yellow Chilli and Moti Mahal Delux Tandoori Trail Restaurant, made dining options abundant and easily accessible.
